This is me…

I’m a big believer in the power of Internet, and treat the Net as my constant learning resource.

I don’t manage to write as much as I’d like to but some of my directions would still come through my posts here…reading, travelling, new food flavours, 70s’ Hindi film music, birdwatching, painting, local handicraft, respect for human life, ethical thought process…dominate that list. My main mantras in life are simpler to state: live & let live and never stop learning…

I was Jyoti Puri before I married Kishore, and presently we live in Gurgaon and have a teenage son.  I’ve a recent connection with Goa too and I’ve been documenting some of those discoveries through this blog.

My current professional focus is human resources management…in its broad ambit, I like to think through workplace challenges faced by people and businesses, and design policies for overall efficacy. Being an early PC, BBS and Net user, and an avid observer of online usability trends, I’m also clued in on social networking for business and pleasure.
